The Club membership elects members of the board at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) by majority vote. The term of office shall be two (2) years, beginning on January 1st, following the AGM in which elected. Should a vacancy occur on the Board of Directors during the year, the Board will elect a replacement to complete the term of office.
