I love soccer because it is a team environment and my role is to not only teach players the game but also build confidence and develop an ability to work with and adapt to others. I ask players to step up as leaders by voicing their opinions and questions, leading team activities, and being open to new concepts. I love to coach through positive reinforcement and strive to model desired behaviors by continuing to learn and improve as a coach.

Baking cookies, running, book clubs, attending activities for my 3 kids, and anything soccer-related
