2026-27 Season Tryouts

Woodland Soccer Club’s Competitive Program offers excellent training facilities with experienced, licensed trainers. The Club strives to provide its members with the best possible experience at the lowest cost compared to other clubs in the region. Tryouts are held in May every year and offer the best opportunity for your player to join a WSC team.

Tryout Registration, Eligibility & Dates
Beginning with the 2026/2027 season, Woodland Soccer Club will transition from birth–year–based teams to school–year–based teams, using an August 1–July 31 age grouping. This change aligns with upcoming US Soccer and league standards. The following resource from NorCal Premier 2026/27 Age Group Matrix will help you understand which tryout age group you should attend.

All prospective players must register to attend tryouts; current players are automatically registered. Each player must attend the tryout sessions of their 26/27 designated age group, regardless of the team they played for previously.

Players who are unable to attend scheduled tryouts but are still interested in joining a team should contact operations@woodlandsoccerclub.com to request a private tryout. Private tryouts will be scheduled after the NorCal open tryout window closes in June, as availability allows.

Tryout Dates (Specific Schedules Coming Soon)
  • U8 – U14: May 11 – May 13
  • U15 – U19: May 18 – May 21
